What’s My Video On Demand Pin and How Do I Reset It?

Here’s another helpful tip for using MachLink fiber TV from your HelpDesk Heroes.

When setting parental controls or buying On-Demand, you might be asked for your PIN, or Personal Identification Number.  If you or a family member haven’t set one yourself, try the default PIN code 0000.  This pamphlet, left behind by your installer, shows the default PIN and provides a place to jot down your personal PIN plus other helpful instructions.  

To set a new PIN, press MENU.  Select Settings.  Select Parental, then Change Pin.  You can set separate PINS for program ratings and for purchases.
