Notice of Channel Lineup Changes MPW Digital TV
On August 19, 2014, Galaxie Music will introduce several new music choices based on listeners’ suggestions, eliminate some less popular genres and rename a number of others to better fit the channel’s style.
Eclectic Electronic will replace Opera Plus on ch. 509, Hip Hop will replace Big Bands on ch. 551, Y2K will replace Celtic on ch. 550 and Broadway will replace Baroque on ch. 508. The following 5 channels will be refreshed and renamed; Regional Mexican (547) will become Romance Latino, Latino Tejano (549) will become Rock en Espanol, Dance Classics (505) will become Groove Disco & Funk, Retro R&B (510) will become Classic RnB & Soul, and Hard Rock (517) will become Heavy Metal.
