1.A Standard, HD, or HD/DVR Box is required for Galaxie Music, MPWLatino, Premium Networks, On Demand, Pay Per View, and the interactive on-screen guide. A Digital Adapter will receive any other digital channels.
2.Requires monthly rental of an HD/DVR or HD Box for each television that will receive HD programming. In order to re-ceive premium network HD programming, you must subscribe to the premium suite associated with the HD premium network.
3. Requires subscription to Preferred level of service. NFL RedZone and NFL RedZone HD are available for an additional fee and only are available on Sundays during the NFL season. A Standard, HD, or HD/DVR Box is required for each television that will receive NFL RedZone. The subscription to NFL RedZone will renew automatically at the beginning of each NFL season.
3. Requires subscription to any MPW Digital TV digital service. In order to receive HBO On Demand and/or Starz/Encore On Demand, you must subscribe to either the HBO and/or Starz/Encore premium service.
4. Starz, Encore, and HBO offer On Demand content. Showtime, Cinemax, and The Movie Channel do NOT currently offer On Demand content.
