How to Turn Closed Captioning On and Off

Here’s another helpful tip for using MachLink fiber TV from your HelpDesk Heroes.

Closed captioning is a great feature for the hearing impaired, and it’s easy to turn on and off.  

On your remote, just press the pound (#) key on the number pad.  Each press will scroll you through captioning options: Off, On, Basic and Advanced.

On our big button remote, the pound (#) key is labeled CC for closed captioning.
