How to Verify Your MPW Account
Verifying your account is a necessary step in protecting your personal information and preventing unauthorized persons from making changes to your account.
Your customer service agent will ask you to verify your identity.
When calling on the phone, we will ask you to provide one of two things
- Either, the last 4 digits of your social security number, or
- Your MPW account number
- If you are also a phone customer, your access password will also be required. This is the password that was chosen when your phone service was established.
If you visit us in person, you can use any of those methods, or show us a photo ID – phone customers also need their password.
Once we’ve verified your identity, we can answer questions about, or make changes to, your MPW account.
