Vendor Registration Requirements
MPW utilizes Ion Wave as our electronic bidding solution. Vendors/contractors are encouraged to register with the e-bidding system if you have not already registered. Future projects requiring bids will be listed in this solution. Vendors/contractors will have the opportunity to sign up for notifications within the e-bidding system as new projects arise.

Supply Chain Services
Muscatine Power and Water’s Supply Chain Services Department supports purchasing needs of the Utility and the many projects undertaken, and services provided by MPW from the bidding process to project completion. MPW’s procurement process includes choosing vendors and contractors based on their ability to meet our standards of safety, quality, outstanding customer service, prompt delivery, and pricing. MPW maintains an open and competitive environment while developing mutually beneficial relationships. When available, multiple sources are quoted prior to purchase.

Vendor Visits
