We partner with SmartHub to provide an online portal and app for a fast, convenient way to pay your MPW bill securely, anytime. Pay online from the app or from your computer or mobile browser. Features of SmartHub account management include being able to view your past bills, schedule auto-payments, and sign-up for paperless billing.

Check your balance and pay by phone anytime by calling 563-263-2631, option 2 or 3 for a live person, option 1 for auto-prompts, or 1-855-985-1140. Simply enter your account information and follow the prompts.
We still accept mail-in payments. Fill out and detach the bottom portion of your bill and send it to us along with your payment to:

EZ Hold
MPW’s EZ Hold service is the quick and simple way to temporarily* suspend your cable and/or Internet service. Just call us — there’s no appointment, no disconnection and no reconnection fee. For only $5 per month, you can leave everything in place and put your account on hold. When you’re ready, just give us a call and we'll turn everything back on! Save money, time and have one less thing to worry about. It's that easy!
*EZ Hold requires a minimum of 30 consecutive days service suspension up to a maximum of 6 months/calendar year.
